I know, I know - I haven't posted in quite awhile. Sorry. However, I am excited about my next exhibit.
I will be exhibiting my work right here in Winthrop. The information for this exhibit is:
Winthrop Cultural Center - The Clock Tower Gallery
(In the historic E.B. Newton School)
45 Pauline Street, Winthrop, MA
Focus on New England
A unique view of New England by three photographers:
Mary Pat McNally
March 17, 2012 - April 21, 2012
Gallery Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6-8
Saturday 2-5 and Sunday 1-4
Meet The Artists Reception is March 30, 2012 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
I'm excited about this exhibit for a number of reasons. I think I'm most excited about exhibiting here is because I'm very proud that Winthrop now has a Cultural Center and in the Cultural Center is The Clock Tower Gallery. I'm also excited because all three of us photographers will be exhibiting each of our own unique views of New England.
I find it fascinating how each person (whether you are a photographer or not) can all view the same subject and see something entirely different. That's exciting. I'm looking forward to see how the other two photographers view New England and how it compares to how I see things.
I hope you get a chance to come to this exhibit. Also, come on down at Meet The Artists Reception on March 30th from 6:00 - 9:00 pm to say hi to me, meet the other two artists and see our view of New England.
As always...Peace and Love,
